About RBS
Renew Body Sequence™
Has your past trauma or grief impacted your ability to lead a full and joyous life?
If you've tried traditional therapy and other modes of healing but still feel lost, anxious, and stuck, Renew Body Sequence™ (RBS) can light your way forward.
The mission of Renew BodySequence™ is to share our life-changing process with as many students as possible. We do this through 1:1 sessions, group classes, workshops, books, public speaking, trainings and online platforms.
When students who might have expericed extreme setbacks gain an understanding of RBS, we hope they feel renewed and fully alive again, moving freely and confidently in their bodies.
If you’re a yoga instructor or other type of wellness practitioner, RBS training is an opportunity to support your clientele with a groundbreaking new approach to healing. Much of the content is CEU-eligible for many disciplines, such as YTT, Pilates, Personal Training, MT-BC, PT, OT, Recreational Therapy, and similar.
“Bonnie is a loving, kind and inspirational person who practices what she lives. A sense of kindness and calm will immediately embrace you, you will quickly become part of community of like minded individuals.”
-Christine, RBS Student
What is Renew Body Sequence™?
Renew Body Sequence™ is a revolutionary healing practice consisting of a sequence of 13 movements which aid the body in reaching a maximum state of health and happiness.
These movements mimic the entire human life cycle, from conception to the womb, to birth, life, death, and the stages leading to rebirth. By recreating these stages in the physical body, clients experience in-depth trauma healing. The RBS sequence is set to music that matches the tempo and energy of each phase.
Offered both in-person and virtually, RBS is typically taught with yoga mats to protect participants during floorwork.
For various client populations, RBS can be adapted to different versions for people at various levels.
The sequence can be done from a seated or standing position depending on the needs of clients.
Whether someone has suffered a devastating loss or they’re struggling to transition to their next chapter, RBS promotes healing on a cellular level.
Participants overcome fear and anxiety and develop a healthy relationship with life’s changes.
They also learn to love their body as they unlock greater self-awareness and self-acceptance.
