Group Classes:
Our classes include paddleboard yoga, Reiki, and our signature offering: Renew Body Sequence™. RBS is an advanced new healing modality developed by Bonnie Hope Dellerose in 2009. Rooted in the combined therapeutic powers of music, movement, and meditation, RBS is for the student who is ready to experience a profound shift on the deepest level.
Retreats & Training:
We also offer comprehensive RBS and Reiki training and certifications. These certifications are ideal for yoga instructors and other dedicated wellness practitioners who want to expand their breadth of services and better support clients struggling with trauma and grief.
1:1 Embodied Coaching:
RBS 1 on 1 coaching helps each person to find inner strength, emotional balance and joy in living once again.
Each session is completely individualized to move through all 13 phases of RBS at the pace that each client is ready for. After just a few sessions individuals can notice major changes in their mental, physical, spiritual and emotional well being.

Renew Body Sequence™ is a revolutionary, trademarked movement practice that feels like a yoga class, but it’s so much more. Each class involves a sequence of 13 movements that replicate the entire human life cycle. By recreating them in the physical body, we can discover in-depth trauma healing. Each RBS class uses a positive affirmation as a mantra to focus and clear our minds. The class peaks with challenging poses that feel easy because the body has had time to warm up to them.
RBS allows students an opportunity to witness our physical, mental, emotional, and Spiritual bodies and find healing through awareness. When we allow ourselves to be a loving witness and mindfully move our bodies, we are healthier - physically, mentally, emotionally, and Spiritually.

Regular yoga practice has been shown to increase mental clarity and focus, ease anxiety, and boost mood. RBS offers yoga-based movement classes in-person at our studio for people of all fitness levels and abilities.

Reiki is like a massage with no touch. During a Reiki session, the practitioner places their hands just above your body to facilitate the flow of energy and ease tension. Reiki is based on the universal belief that we all have life force energy flowing through our bodies. Reiki induces a state of deep relaxation and promotes emotional well-being by helping this energy to flow with ease. This practice is also thought to support the body's innate healing processes, which is why many people use Reiki to treat illness and ease physical pain.
